PRODUCTION AUDITION:
Grace for President

Roles Available: Seeking a DIVERSE ensemble of singing & dancing ADULT ACTORS to portray elementary school students & teachers in the stage adaptation of Kelly DiPucchio's popular series (see breakdown).
All stage managerial positions have been filled.
Local actors encouraged to attend.
Clara/Mrs. Barrington (Alto/Mezzo) – 3rd Grade Student/3rd Grade Teacher
Robbie (Baritone) – Student
Sam (Tenor) – Student, Shy, Tentative, Not Popular, Kind of Nerdy, Smart
Rose/Mrs.Phillips (Soprano) – 3rd Grade Student/Librarian
Anthony/Mr. Waller (Baritone) – 3rd Grade Student/3rd Grade Teacher
Thomas/Henry (Tenor) – Overly Confident Super Achiever Who Runs For Class President/Student.

Preparation:
- Prepare a short selection (16-32 bars) of an up-tempo musical theater song.
- Accompanist will be provided.
- Bring your own sheet music properly marked & in your key.
- Bring photo/resume.
Rehearsals Dates: 9/3/24 – 9/24/24
Performance Dates:9/25/24 – 10/25/24
OTHER INFO:
- Expected to attend: Director Doug Miller and Musical Director Adam Wright
- DCT operates under an LOA-TYA agreement with Actors' Equity Association.
- Non-union actors will receive a performance fee.
- Performances will take place in DCT's Rosewood Center Baker Theater.
- Schedule includes weekday student matinee & weekend matinee performances.
