After School Drama Classes

After the bell rings, a Dallas Children's Theater professional leads a class designed to encourage creative expression and self-discovery in a supportive and non-judgmental way. Students participate in exercises exploring movement, rhythm, dance, improvisation, speech and other elements of theater. Then students move on to the study of character and plot and, guided by their instructor, they collaborate on a script for their very own show to be polished and prepared for performance for family, friends and teachers.

Classes take place at your school. School-funded and tuition-based programs are available. Use your
ArtsPartners, 21st Century, or After School funding to start a Dallas Chidlren's Theate After School Drama class.
